By shopping at Panos.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed on the first business day after purchase.
  • Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • Delivery Time:
    • 3–6 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping & Fees

  • Free shipping for orders over:
    • 1000 NOK
    • 100 EUR
  • For orders below these amounts, standard shipping fees apply (shown at checkout).
  • Customs & VAT:
    • Prices include VAT.
    • Some countries may charge import duties for goods shipped from Norway—please check your local regulations.
  • Uncollected Orders:
    • If an order is not picked up, a fee of 99 NOK / 10 EUR  will be charged.

4. Payment Methods

We use Shopify payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs:
    • 99 NOK / 10 EUR  (deducted from refund).
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within a few days after the return is received.
  • Some items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks, pantyhose) cannot be returned if used or without the hygiene seal.

6. Customer Information & Privacy

We collect only necessary customer information to process orders.

  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time.
  • By creating an account, you agree to receive marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

7. Account Responsibilities

As a registered user, you agree to:

8. Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 15 years old to make a purchase.
  • To use credit payment options, you must be 18 or older.

9. Pricing & Errors

  • All prices are in NOK or EUR and include VAT.
  • Import duties may apply—check your country's customs regulations.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, stock issues, or technical mistakes at any time.

10. Cancellations & Order Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of resale.
  • Bulk orders or repeated purchases of the same product may be rejected.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to:

  • Extreme weather
  • Strikes or labor conflicts
  • War, fire, or natural disasters
  • Shortages of goods or transportation disruptions

If such events prevent us from fulfilling an order, we are only responsible for refunding the product cost.

12. Disputes & Legal

  • Disputes related to these terms will be handled in Swedish courts.
  • Syversen International AB owns all trademarks, images, and content on Panos.com. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
