Returns

At Panos.com, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order—no reason required. Use our return portal HERE

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • If the product is missing its original packaging, a reduction in refund value may apply.
  • Certain intimate products (underwear, swimwear, socks) can only be returned if unused and with the original plastic protection seal intact.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@panos.no within 14 days of receiving your order or use our return portal HERE
  2. Return Label: If you have misplaced your return label, contact us, and we will send a new one via email.
  3. Packaging & Shipping: Ensure that your return items are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package until we receive it—so keep your courier receipt and tracking number.
  4. Return Cost: A handling & return shipping fee of:
    • 99 NOK / 99 SEK / 10 EUR will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs are not refunded for regular returns, but of course we cover the shipping if you return an item due to a claim.


Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the value of the returned goods (excluding the return shipping fee).

Refund Process:

  • If you paid by card, the refund will be sent to the same card used for purchase.
  • If you paid using Klarna Invoice, you should manually postpone the due date in Klarna to avoid reminder fees before your return is processed. Klarna will adjust the invoice accordingly.
  • If the invoice has already been paid, Klarna will contact you for your bank details to issue the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition (missing labels, signs of wear, odors, or stains).
  • Intimate products (underwear, swimwear, socks, pantyhose) have been used or are missing the hygiene protection seal.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right!

How to File a Claim:

  1. Contact hello@panos.no with:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos/videos showing the defect
  2. Claims must be made within 2 months of noticing the defect.
  3. We will process your claim within 1-2 business days and provide further instructions.

Note: Claims cover manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage.


Uncollected Orders

If you do not pick up your order, a handling fee of 99 NOK / 99 SEK / 10 EUR
