Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on the first business day after being placed.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders using Apilar Logistics and offer the following shipping options:

Norway

📦 PostNord 3-6 business days

Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland)

📦 PostNord  – 3-6 business days

European Union (EU)

📦 PostNord DPD5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over:
    • 1000 NOK
    • 100 EUR
  • For orders below these amounts, the standard shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All prices include VAT.
  • Orders shipped from Norway to EU countries may be subject to import duties or customs fees.
  • Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations.

5. Uncollected Packages

  • If an order is not picked up, a fee of 99 NOK / 10 EUR will be deducted from your refund.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • You can track your package using the courier’s website

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service at hello@panos.no.
  • Claims for lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
